This article lost all credability when it blamed all our problem on Bush in the first paragraph! I agree it’s a war between citizens and government, but Bush has only a fraction to blame for. This problem as been building up for years by ALL the presidents in both parties. There were maybe a few exceptions (Reagan, etc.)

I agree with the concept that, since we can, why don’t we get a supreme court justice that would get 90 votes?
Alito is obviously a very political/ideological choice.
I believe Hatch recommended Ginsberg to Clinton.
