High Crimes in Emery County
In a complete violation of the State and US Constitution, Emery County Clerk Bruce Funk has been locked out of his office.
In every county in the US, the people elect their county clerks. There is no precedent for the hostile obstruction of an elected official from performing his duties. It is illegal; plain and simple. Who made the decision, and under what authority can anyone physically prevent Bruce Funk entering his office? No crime has been committed.
This is an utter outrage, and it’s time for the attorney general to take action, as I know he will. Utah Attorney General Mark Shurtleff has consistently proven to be a man of integrity, and a defender of the rule of law.
Emery County Commissioner Ira Hatch appears to have bent to the will of Diebold executives and should understand that it is he, not Diebold who may be acting illegally.
Since the media has decided this gross violation of law and due process in not worthy of thorough reporting, we must look to other sources.

C’mon law nullification is totally acceptable when economics and money is at stake, you engage in it don’t you?, if it serves your purposes. Sucks when the fascists beat you to the punch, yet can you claim a right to complain? I guess the law will do what it seemingly does in all manner of infractions these days, nothing.
Pick and choose which laws you would follow there should be no surprise when the law disappears altogether.

Delay? Consider this, Delay is one of the most powerful Republicans on the Hill. He has not only contacts but a network to use them. Like Lobbyist, other congressman, donors, GOP. So people were quick to rush to Houston and try to beat his re-election bid. And now he drops out, so the seat will go to someone most likely hand picked to fill the void.
More importantly, Delay is now off the record. He is free to move about and work out of the political light and the scutny of hte press. Do you follow? In other words, you just took the Quarterback out of the game and made him the Head Coach. Not clear enough for you?
