The Decider
Turn up the sound! http://decider.cf.huffingtonpost.com/

Every day brings new and uncomfortable revelations about our country. The disparity between the unprecedented polls decidedly against Bush, and public outcry (lack of it) is particularly poignant when viewed against the public sentiment on immigration vs. the size of the recent protests nationwide.
Is it possible our Latino community is more like the Americans we once were than we Americans are today? This article in the Salt Lake Tribune was an epiphany for me.

“The Decider.” This is an absolutely outstanding piece of creative work! Sometimes you just have to sit back and chuckle at the creativity of some folks. Too funny, indeed! C’mon INT. It’ll lighten your day.

INT, Maybe for once you could realize the “humorous” position Bush creates for himself. I am certain that, with some effort, one could find an equally hilarious tune re Clinton and Monica, for example. Nevertheless, you have to admire the creative genious that went into this tune about our egghead-in-chief.

All I see is something someone would do in High School, moved a little beyond that humor. I find Campus Ladies funny, I find Steve Carell, Will Farrell funny, I find Chris Rock funny, I even find Kevin James’ impression of Ray Romano funny. I even found Arrested Development funny, I didn’t find FOX’s move to cancel the award winning show very funny. But that isn’t creative its just lame. Now the George W. Bush and John Kerry Duet: “This Land!” Webtoon Song Parody Music Video is funny, I think it can still be found here: http://humor.about.com/od/animatedwebtoons/v/ds071204.htm .

INT, You seem awfully sensitive for someone who purports from time to time to dislike Bush. Lighten up dude, life is too short! This is artistic expression.

You don’t really know me do you, so for you to assume I am uptight just isn’t based on anything, is it. I was just responding to your statement directed towards me. I think I showed I enjoy things that are funny and silly. When it comes to political satire, I need a little bit more than closed minded liberal misbeliefs. It wasn’t even that creative.
