So it’s bad for President Bush to touch the shoulders of the German Chansellor, but it was ok for President Clinton to get a “lewinski” in the oval office?
I think it is unfair to question the propriety of OUR Presidents actions. After all He is not only our best and brightest, foisted to the top by our consent, He is also ‘chosen’ by powers greater than He, who are not to be named or questioned. So if He wants to walk over to the principal of Deutchland and playfully help her relax, He can. He may also playfully slap anyone he chooses at the N.A.A.C.P. meeting and none of us little people have much to say about it. So quit your whining. Just be glad it wasn’t you or one of yours.
I for one don’t think these episodes are at all what they are being portrayed as. They ARE NOT a result of a bad mix of medications, megalomania or simple ‘playfulness’. It is my belief that He has been so protected from reality that He’ll do any thing He can think of to do to to help Him connect with same. He’s simply lost touch. We better hope that he gets a firm grip soon. It’s sad to watch Him struggle so.
This last point I address to all who would vote or have voted. When you’re at the poll, remember, choose the LESSER evil! Thanks for reading. Alan.

I’ve been in several workplaces where touching the shoulders of annother person constituted Sexual Harrassment.

Saw this on the Daily show last night…it’s a good thing he was there to balance it with humor or I might have driven my head through the screen.

Ken — calm down! It is a Joke.

Uh Ken,
Can you not see the difference between consensual sex and an the unwelcome sexual advances, not to mention the Leader another Country.
The Chancellor’s reaction says everything. Ken, you don’t get to decide how another woman feels about unwanted sexual gestures.
Such equivocation is the unlimate sexist response. Ask your own wife what she thinks.

“Ask your own wife what she thinks.”
Unfortunately, Ken probably tells his wife what she thinks, and according to her Ken is right. ;)
