Rep. Chris Cannon has served five terms in Congress with little to show for it. It’s time for a change.
His opponent in the 3rd Congressional District, Democrat Christian Burridge, is an articulate young attorney who practices consumer law. A former college debate champion, he has both a passion for advocacy and a solid grasp of major issues that face the nation.
Now it’s just a matter of the “right stuff.” Do Utahns in the 3rd District have the right stuff to put away their entrenched, primal, tribal, partisan prejudices, and ask Christian Burridge to lead us into a brave new world?
If there is any doubt in your mind that we must send Christian Burridge to Washington in place of Chris Cannon, just watch the debate tonight on KUED.

Mr. Burridge seems like a decent guy, but his website makes no mention of public lands, conservation or the environment.

Safavian is obviously of armenian descent. That means he is a fundamentally decent person. Not to mention that armenian babes are some of the hottest on earth, second only to the hezbollah babes of south lebanon. Sizzlin.
You liberal “caring” people are more vicious than any repub. i have ever met.
Lets have a little compassion for an actual imperfect and fragile human being. THis guy probably has kids and a normal wife (not a slut with a LBT)who are suffering due to his hubris.
Just another example of a world where everything is upside down. The “senstive” people are blood thirsty pigs. The harsh old testament types are forgiving.
Freedom demos refuse to do anything for reefer liberation, but beastly repubs struggle over th issue at every convention.
But of course the most important question is whether matheson is jewish and has the most pro israel voting record in usa. Wait, wait …. that would mean the liberals are full of …… hot air once again.
Please get some details on Matheson’s israel connection. It is a legitmate issue.

Anne, I thought the question was about the relationship of one rep. Cannon to the criminal and soon to be jailed Safavian. Somewhere it was said that ‘if you can’t do the time, don’t do the crime’. He should have talked to his kids and wife before he ripped us off. As for that nice, nice Abramoff, and that nice, nice Cannon, What do you want? for them to go unpunished?. I’d be o.k. w / that but I remember the way they hound anyone who would disagree with them (the republicans), to hear them say it, ‘ we hate america and love the terrists’. B.S., B.S. and more B.S.
