On January 27, over 2,500 people shut down a military recruiting center in Seattle in support of war resisters and in opposition to a troop surge in Iraq.

Those 2500 people should be tried for treason. They not only attacked a military recruiting center, but they also denied the Constitutional rights of those seeking entry into the center. What if the same thing happened in an abortion clinic? Would you see that as just an act of civil disobedient? I doubt it.
These people cannot call themselves “anti war” when they are fighting for the enemy. They have clearly taken sides and are now seeking to defeat the United States.

They do block the entrances to abortion clinics. All.The.Time. I see it as an act of civil disobedience, but I also see that as act against women.
Anti-war means anti-war, Ken. They aren’t fighting “for” the enemy, they are fighting against the war (which, I don’t need to remind you, is illegal, immoral, and completely without justification). The enemy shouldn’t even be our enemy, had no reason to be our enemy. We just decided to up an attack a sovereign nation for fabricated reasons, killing lots of innocent people and creating a climate of chaos and instability — and now they are the “enemy”. If so, they are an enemy that WE created.

These are mere conclusory statements the likes of which Repug bloggers seem to have a monopoly. Now go back to your keyboard and try putting some thought into your little rant.
You’d do well, Ken, over at ASP where this type of simple-minded analysis is the norm and highly appreciated. And BTW, speaking of treason, what say you about the unfolding events re Scooter Libby? Seems like some very high officials in the Bush administration have a little to worry about in that regard, at least if your standard for treason were to apply.
