How about criminal prosecution?

I just think it’s crazy that we Americans are supposed to be outraged that congress didn’t pass a bill to give more health care to children on the backs of people who smoke cigarettes.
Yeah, Caveat. Joe Biden is trying to throw that bone out there, by saying after the Democrats take over more of the congress and the white house in 2008, they will go after criminal prosecution, but I can’t wait that long and I know for a fact that the American people are salivating for justice NOW.
I KNOW I am!
