Blogging the Mayoral Forum I did my best to correctly record the information as the candidates were speaking without editorializing or twisting their words. I was trying to capture the essence of what they were saying - if they used a particular phrase or word that jumped out at me, I made certain to record that in their comments. The forum was fast moving - in several places I didn’t get the wording of a question or the answer so I tried to get that. If there are serious errors I asked the candidates to check the site and let me know and I will correct those.

I hope they do check it, and I hope Buhler sees my comments concerning his answer on the payday loan question. I’m curious to see what his response is . . .

Don - Thanks for reading through and doing the research you did!
I’m not sure if we’l hear from either campaign but I hope so. I told both of them I was recording their comments and I was in their line of sight at the forum so I’m sure they saw me typing like a crazy person.
