The latest American Research Group poll finds President Bush at 25 percent approval, which can hardly be called news at this point. The Reuters/Zogby poll has him down to a Nixonian 24 percent.
But Reuters/Zogby puts Congress at 11 percent, because almost nobody can believe they keep losing to a complete idiot in the White [...]
