Adult Deficit Disorder
I’m having one of those days where I realize we have a lot of people in our society who have “Adult Deficit Disorder” - this is the syndrome that makes them think the rules apply to everyone but them and if they wheedle and whine enough someone will make an exception for them and they will be happy and gratified.
