War Loves John McCain (and John loves war)
This very clever and enjoyable video has over 1.3m views SO FAR!
GOP Arizona Rep. Rick Renzi — the co-chairman of Sen. John McCain’s campaign in Arizona — has been indicted this morning:
Republican Rep. Rick Renzi (REN-zee) has been indicted for extortion, wire fraud, money laundering and other charges related to a land deal in Arizona.
A 26-page federal indictment unsealed in Arizona accuses Renzi and two former business partners of conspiring to promote the sale of land that buyers could swap for property owned by the federal government. The sale netted one of Renzi’s former partners $4.5 million.
Renzi is a three-term member of the House. He announced in August that he would not seek re-election.
Today’s indictment comes after a lengthy federal investigation into the land developing and insurance businesses owned by Renzi’s family.
In April 2007, federal agents raided a Sonoita (so-no-EE-ta) Arizona business owned by Renzi’s wife, Roberta.
It never occurred to me that the greatest threat to democracy would be the FACT that one of the parties would become so corrupt and loathsome, that it cannot produce a candidate of a higher order than pond scum, thus leaving us with one party domination.

One need not “love war†to acknowledge the need for war.
Hope is not fulfilled through rhetoric and hollow promises from an empty suit. Hope requires deeds, not words. Hope for true sustainable peace around the globe will never be realized through the misguided efforts of corrupt organizations such as the United Nations, or those who embrace such ideals. True sustained peace between nations has never been achieved through words alone, but through the force of war. Anyone who claims war never solved anything is not merely a fool, but ignorant of history. War has produced lasting peace among nations who not only tolerate one another, but who are friends, allies and economic partners.
The junior junior Senator from the corrupt state of Illinois speaks of change; loose change, small change, the kind of change left over after we all pay his first year’s tax bill. We’re talkin’, “brother can ya spare a dime,” sort of change, because the only way to finance his wet dreams is by taking everything we have to pay for them. Meanwhile, in yet another naive and misguided effort to appease and placate, he would entertain discussions with the world’s remaining tyrants, fascists and oppressors of their own people in Iran, Venezuela, North Korea and elsewhere. Those who advocate such policies are clearly inexperienced, foolish and dangerously naive.
This sanity-check brought to you by Neo.

T-A. Yea, Obama has even broached the subject (however prematurely) of talking with, perhaps even working with the Republicans. This must confirm for you his devilish nature.
Now don’t get me wrong, any favor I have for Barrak is due to the reduced focus that is the winnowing process known as the Race to the presicency - 08. So who do you prefer, Hil, Barrak, or John (McCain)?
I’m glad you recognize that peace and war are two sides of the same duality. Nonetheless, I don’t think our investments in the two should be so lopsided.

I’m assuming T. Anderson is writing this post from Iraq, since obviously he is fighting on the front lines. He knows George Bush had only good intentions when he attacked a nation without provocation.
Thank you for your service T.
