I hope he gets real mean after the inauguration and starts locking up gun dealers and their customers and denies them habeas rights.

Re: Heller: Lots of bad things have happened to this country over the past 7 years, not the least of which is the most dangerous set of SCOTUS judges in history.
70% of Americans think SCOTUS is TOO conservative.

I guess if a see-saw with “Fat Tony” Scalia on one side and Ruth Bader on the other could be considered “balanced”, then we’re balanced, (the most abused word in the dictionary today)!

Is anyone forgetting Obamas’ promise to bomb Pakistan, a nation with nuclear weapons, AND working delivery systems that can easily reach our forces in the ME, and Israel? That is kinda unstable?
You can blame bush on one of your own progressives in the SC, she cast the swing vote in the installment. O’conner may have regretted it, but…and never forget either, that poor Al voted to confirm Scalia as well in his day. Rather odd eh?
