Pat Leahy says Bybee should just resign.
If that’s the case, Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.), told reporters Tuesday, then Bybee should resign. “The fact is, the Bush administration and Mr. Bybee did not tell the truth. If the Bush administration and Mr. Bybee had told the truth, he never would have been confirmed,” said Leahy, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee. The decent and honorable thing for him to do would be to resign. And if he is a decent and honorable person, he will resign,” he said deliberately.

Some of you may have noticed that Dick Cheney posts here occasionally as Hurrumph (with 2 ‘r’s, do not be fooled by imitators).
I admit I have and am still, torturing Dick Cheney (Its a long story) by blog.
Its not REALLY water boarding though. By the way, water boarding is in in the WordPress spell checker. Its more like Vomit Boarding.
You see, by forcing Dick Cheney to post about bad stuff he did…on the Internet, it makes him vomit. Remember, I have him in shackled on his back deep in his own bunker.
