Behold Your Liberal Media

Michelle Malkin

Yesterday morning, I realized with a shock that my least favorite blogger, right-wing extremist Michelle Malkin was on ABC’s “This Week With George Stephanopolous.” What’s going on? When has Stephanopolous ever invited a progressive blogger on his show? I know the answer to the second question: Arianna Huffington is the only one.

Eric Boehlert of Media Matters says what nobody else is saying:

As Malkin traipses her way through the evil liberal media, which is giving her all kinds of free airtime to hawk her book, I’m just wondering are any of her hosts going to note the complete absurdity of writing an anti-Obama book six months into his first term?

Even if Malkin’s publisher rushed this title out, it means she basically finished the manuscript in May. So in just four months, between late January and late May, Malkin was able to tease out all kinds of damaging information about the Obama administration while it was being assembled? She uncovered scandalous “abuses of power throughout his administration”?

That’s patently absurd. The book, and its premise, is just ODS unleashed.

But don’t look for many members of the the press to point that out. They don’t want to make Michelle angry. (She might blog mean things about them!)

… Would anyone anywhere on this media planet have taken seriously a viciously anti-Bush book that detailed his administration’s awful, corrupt ways, published just six months into his first term? Didn’t think so. It would have been ignored and/or mocked. But inside the Beltway, Malkin’s loony rants must be heard–and broadcast–by all.

Behold your liberal media.

WAIT!! But, but, George Steponallofus is a progressive!!

Please remember the dialectic, the chaos and confusion must continue to facilitate further fleecing. Please do not look behind the curtain Richard, the Whizzing of Odds stream upon the subject populace is vital to a very small amount of people it serves.

We are not them, but steponallofus is.

So then Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Malkin, Savage, the Washington Post, Fox News, Bill O’Reilly, Bill Kristol, George Will, Ruth Marcus, David Broder, and countless other right wing members of the media and politics who continually fill up the sunday talking heads shows were right about that liberal bias then?

    Imagine my disbelief surprise.

Thanks to Malkin for once again setting us straight in nonsensical book form and screeching if not fact-based rhetoric. She’s always good for that.

No Jason, just saying, they are all on the same team, no matter what we imagine their personal politics are, and none of us are on it. Just doing their job Jason, which is to confuse and lead the public astray.

George did his part to be the left side of the dialectic when he was in the Clinton admin.

We are seeing the same track of our policies as a nation no matter who we think is in charge of the nation. George has liberals on his show as do all the rest of the Sunday shows. Equal time, fair and balanced. Imagine my disbelief and surprise.

In any case, the visual media is just a side show, to keep people’s attention focused on things that really don’t matter.

This is where the rubber meets the road, and why nothing progressive or conservative that promotes greater spending is headed for oblivion.

Anybody drudging up the “liberal media” canard must be met with a pie in the face henceforth! Only a direct hit is acceptable.

Tom is Glenn. As usual, trying to mess up the blog conversation. That’s why we love him.

Anything you disagree with there that Tom posted Larry? Anything specific?

Here perhaps Good ‘Ol Bernie can help Tom wreck your progressive conversation. This is a quote from him today.

“On health care, “I just think that they are giving out a very poor message,” said Sen. Bernie Sanders, a liberal Vermont independent who caucuses with the Democrats. “At the end of the day, if they think everyone will be so excited because they passed something, I think that is wrong both from a public-policy and a political perspective.”

When the socialist says you suck, it means that you do.

So Larry you are the sock puppet? Join in, happy to see it, getting the reactions is more honest than constantly pressing a failed agenda.

Think Progress has actually uncovered a memo which instructs right wingers on how to disrupt town hall meetings with phony outrage, (no really!). It includes this paragraph about how to rile the host of the town meeting:

    – Try To “Rattle Him,” Not Have An Intelligent Debate: “The goal is to rattle him, get him off his prepared script and agenda. If he says something outrageous, stand up and shout out and sit right back down. Look for these opportunities before he even takes questions.”

BradBlog has a related video which shows these fucktards in action.

They just make you proud, don’t they glenn?

That would be a Sam Adams Patriot program sans the inebriation of the tavern consumption that fueled the better part of the New England contingent of the American Revolution.

Pints and Pipes comrade Larry, you flat grew up in the wrong country.

Yes, very proud, the shrewdness of man like Sam, who was a true believer and died broke, like most of the founders of this country, persecuted and ruined, their families scattered, yet through it all, WE are here to allow the like of you to spew SHIT!!

What men they were. What are you Larry?
