Updated: I Was Wrong. Proof Liberals Hate America

Proof Liberals Hate America

I will admit, I did not believe it when Michele Bachmann began to question the loyalty of congressional Democrats.   I thought the claims that liberals were ‘America haters’ was hyperbole.

I can admit when I am wrong.

During this secret meeting of self-proclaimed American patriots, the truth comes out.

I say we go McCarthy on them.

This is actually anti-Obamism fueled by pure racism. If they are patriotic Americans, it is an America of their racist imaginations, an America that has never existed but in their narrow, little, tribal minds.

Update: I was wrong again, thank God! Turns out it is CONSERVATIVE Americans rooting for the Country to fail.

I first saw the video early this afternoon. It left me with an empty feeling in my stomach, realizing that this very vocal minority of nutbags still gets air time on the media.

I mean, come on, not even our beloved Ken Bingham would stoop to this level of pathetic display.

Don’t go there, Ken! Oops, too late. If President Obama had declined to go to Copenhagen, then they would be saying he let the country down– other heads of state went, and Obama couldn’t be bothered?

I missed the racist references in these clips. Cliff, can you point them out to me?

Come on Cliff, I am not sure the constant claims of racism are helpful. When there is actual racism it gets lost in the mix. I think all this proves is ugly people are more likely to be Republicans and ugly people don’t like Chicago because it is such a nice city.

I guess the members of the IOC are both racist AND ugly. Poor Chicago.

Progressives following this tack are giving republicans a boost. The actual saying of such race baiting in print and public ensures republican benefit. Keep it up heroes.

    …and maybe republicans!!

    Marshall,

We disagree. It IS racism, and if we dont call it out, we excuse it.

I just top posted a comment by an amzingly strange person who hates Obama. No sign of racism until…

I went to his blog and found this. You tell me. Is it racism?

    ‘08 Post-Election Thoughts

Barack Obama. What an odd name, no? A name that just doesn’t seem to ring true in the mind’s ear as being the result of natural language evolution, but rather something made up, kind of like all of the intentionally misspelled pseudo-afro-black-pride names inflicted on thousands of mostly poor black American children for decades, names like Shanice, DeShawn, Roshanda, Shaniqua, and so on.1 It just doesn’t sound like a real name, and certainly not the name of a man who is soon to be the most powerful national leader on the planet. For a little while at least, it’s going to feel kind of like saying President Wonka or President Fudd or President Carter.
