The Least Serious Reason to Oppose Health Care Reform (and that’s saying something)

From Jared Brown in Saturday’s Trib:

Concerning the recently passed health care reform bill, it is an especially sad commentary that our congressional leaders would pass such a monstrosity that will weaken our already overburdened and indebted United States of America. But even worse than doing such damage to all productive Americans, they chose to break one of the Ten Commandments by passing this evil legislation on the Sabbath, as if to say, “We are not just above the American people, but we are above the God of heaven.” This historic day will be remembered: “When the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn” (Proverbs 29:2 ).

Yes, Jared is upset that is passed on a Sunday.

You can’t even do satire about this shit.
